Timmins Rock Picks Up New Goaltender

The Timmins Rock have strengthened their net with the acquisition of goaltender Declan McNamara, the 19-year-old from the Powassan Voodoos. McNamara came into this season with solid early numbers—two wins, one loss, and a sharp 1.67 goals-against average. With the season underway, adding a young, talented goalie like McNamara gives the Rock a boost as they push forward. Hockey fans around South Porcupine can look forward to seeing what this prospect brings to the crease. Uncle Sam says: *Here's to good talent finding its way home to the Clay Belt.*
